Charlie Bell is a Youth Advocate, catering to the needs of the community. Originally from Akron, Ohio where she held the positions of Alcohol and Drug Research Specialist, Director of a truancy program and Principal of a K-8 Charter School.
Since moving to Louisville, she has been actively involved with youth and young adults had serving as Director of Shawnee Boys and Girls Club and Program Manager of “The Spot”. It was by choice to move her family to Louisville, better weather, lower cost of living, and endless opportunities.
Ms. Bell brings the experience of having worked in social services for over 20 years with a variety of diverse backgrounds. It has always been her passion to help people. Bell states “You must love someone where they are and help them build their best life possible.”
Ms. Bell currently serves on the Board of Bridge Builders to Success, P.C.C and volunteers with many other community programs that will enrich the lives of our youth and young adults. Ms. Bell is most proud to be the mother of her two teenagers.
Chartrael Hall is a Man of The Most High, Husband to Shelby Hall (Bellarmine 10’), Father to three beautiful daughters Mya, Skyler, Journee and a son Noah Hall.
A 2009 Bellarmine Grad and professional basketball player around the world for 7 years.
Upon returning home, Hall started a consultation company, Constant Progression Inc and is co-founder of the nonprofit Get Better Every Day (GBED) which strives to mentor the youth through education and sports to develop their spiritual, mental, emotional and physics components.
Hall played an instrumental part in bringing the largest youth basketball tournament in the world to Louisville, KY and was apart of the initial NBA2LOU group in 2018.
A minister for 3 years striving to serve the community and show the love, grace and mercy that has been shown to him all his life. Assisting others to navigate the short time we have on this earth and know their path and walk their path.
Hall is a life coach and former mayoral candidate of last year's election.
Hall currently is General Manager for a Commercial Solar, Roofing and Window company while continuing to focus on politics to prepare the next generations.

My goals are to first graduate from Simmons College where I study religious Studies, the goal after that is to become "Minister Uno" And Speak To The Masses not only in Louisville but to Serve All Over The World. I have goals to make HandiNoCap a household name for all with disabilities and I do mean all!!!
I have been speaking using my voice for years in the community. I protested for Breonna Taylor #BreeWayy and Every other name we shouldn't have to say at all. I'm the first Rev Jesse Jackson Racial Justice Award Winner at Simmons College where I am a student and employee.

Engage youth at age 5 through middle school with plant a new seed literacy program. Reinforce lessons learned within our summer camp and family enrichment activities.
Grow mentoring program at the high school level through, sports, peer support, financial literacy and life skills preperation.
Youth going through the mentoring program will have summer jobs working at GBED summer camps throughout high school. The cycle repeats itself continually.
